We will be having our Annual Collections for the Retired Priests’ Fund. It is important that we support them in their retirement.
We have around 30 retired priests – and in the 2-3 years a further 16 are due to retire from active service. The Retired Priests’ Fund is used to provide accommodation and financial support. Please be generous in your response to this collection.

A retreat is being organised at Holy Island. If you are interested in going can you please add your name(s) to the list in the porch. The cost is likely to be in the region of £75-80 per person (excluding transport). More details available in due course. Numbers are limited, so please add your name(s) ASAP.

FOOD BANK: A message from The Mid Cheshire Food Bank
On behalf of the Mid Cheshire Food Bank we wish to thank everyone at St Josephs Church and School for the wonderful donations of 453 kgs of food collected in December. We appreciate your support which is vital in ensuring that the Food Bank is able to continue to serve the local community.
The demand for food parcels increases year on year and we rely on your continued support.

Tony Lister recently celebrated his 80th Birthday Party in the Parish Centre. His relatives, friends and parishioners who attended the party raised £310 for Macmillan Nurses. He would like to thank everyone for their generosity.
