Parish Fair – SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 8TH
STALL HOLDERS/HELPERS
There will be a meeting for Stall Holders on Wednesday 5th September to finalise arrangements. Please put this into your diary.
PARISH FAIR RAFFLE
Tickets are now available. Please take some books and buy some and sell them to your friends.
Please place the money and counterfoils into an envelope and put them into the Box in the porch.
BOTTLE STALL
Preparations are in hand and we would be grateful for donations of bottles for the Bottle Stall. Bottles of anything from a bottle of pop, jam, ketchup – to wine, whisky, gin or brandy would be welcome. Please put them in the box in the outer porch (to distinguish between these and items brought in for the Food Bank).
PARTY FOR STALL HOLDERS / HELPERS
There will be a party on the Saturday evening. Please add your name(s) to the list in the porch if you will be coming.
Health & Safety
Would parents please take particular care of their children around the Votive Candle stands (and the portable fans during this hot weather).
General Data Protection Regulations
The new Data Protection Regulations were introduced on 25th May this year. You have probably been bombarded by emails regarding these.
These Regulations relate to personal information on individuals retained by companies and organisations. This applies to Names, Addresses, Dates of Birth, Telephone numbers, email addresses, etc
The Parish does hold personal information on parishioners who have provided this for various reasons. Such as:-
- The Parish Register
- Offertory Envelope users
- Gift Aid donors
- 200 Club Members
- Eucharistic Ministers and Readers
- APF Red Box holders
- Children’s Society Box holders
If you do NOT wish this information to be retained by the Parish please let us know. If we do not hear from you to the contrary we will assume that you are happy for this information to be retained.
