Thursday 30th November 9.15am – Advent Service in school
The whole school will be gathering together, and they warmly invite parishioners to come and join them, as they mark the start of our Advent journey with prayer, music and reflection.
Saturday 2nd December – DAY OF REFLECTION ON ADVENT
Coffee at 12:30pm for 1pm start. Stories, Songs and Reflections with Andy and Anna Raine from Lindisfarne. All most welcome.
Friday 8th December – BINGO NIGHT
As usual we would be grateful for donations of Prizes for this event. And of course your support on the evening itself – always a great evening out.
Sunday 10th December noon – Pensioner’s Meal
Please add your name(s) to the list on the porch if you would like to attend. If you have any special needs (dietary, transport to and fro, access arrangements, etc) please let us know. We would also welcome volunteers to assist on the day – and Raffle Prizes please.
Friday 15th December. – BEER NIGHT
Price is £10 for 2 beers and hot food. £4 for food only. There will be pre-order forms for those who wish to purchase additional beers for Christmas. Price list and choices to follow soon.

Sunday 17th December- CHILDREN’S CHRISTMAS PARTY
After 11am Mass. Shared table, games and a special guest. We would like parents to stay around to help with their own children (Coffees and teas will be provided). Should finish about 14:00.
WALK WITH ME – READING FOR ADVENT
As well as the MY DAY BY DAY booklets we have copies of WALK WITH ME . Price £1 each. Please place your money in the Wall Box in the inner porch by the Hymn Books.
CLERGY EDUCATION & TRAINING FUND
This weekend we will be having the annual collection to help to train future Priests and Deacons – as well as lay people (such as Eucharistic Ministers). The Fund also meets the cost of ongoing training of clergy.
