Pack a Shoebox with love and make someone’s Christmas extra special.
CCM is a local organisation that has been sending Shoeboxes to Romania and Moldova for the last 6 years. Please see the flier in the Porch telling you how you can help.
The last date that we can receive boxes is Sunday October the 22nd
WORLD MISSION SUNDAY (APF)
Next weekend we are having the Annual Collection for the Association for the Propagation of the Faith. The APF assists each and every one of the Catholic Church’s 1,069 mission dioceses to provide pastoral care and preach the Gospel effectively.
SAFEGUARDING (Protection of children and vulnerable adults.)
Helen Thorpe is our Safeguarding Officer and she needs to know who has completed their CRB registration so that she can check it against the electronic records. She would also like to know who doesn’t have an up to date CRB – some seem to have started but not completed. Please add your names to the list in the porch as appropriate.
