Dates for your Diary
Coffee Morning
Tuesday 18th February 10:30am
If you would like to come to our coffee mornings for a chat, laugh, cuppa or even a bargain in our bring and buy sale or for a game of bingo you will be made very welcome.
Prisoner Outreach
Do you – like me – find carrying round small coins a waste of time? The Prisoner Outreach Organisation is a Christian network of volunteers who have been voluntarily working in HM Prisons and supplies copies of the BIBLE ALIVE booklets to prisoners. Drop your loose change into the bottle on the bookshelves in the porch and help to support this organisation. Please only donate sterling in this jar!
Church Entrance
This week the edges outside the church have been finished around the new flags and the new bark in the side garden. The work this week cost £285, in total £1530 was spent improving the side garden and flagstones outside the church. All the money came from the coffee mornings and raffles. Thank you again to everyone who has supported the coffee mornings and to everyone who organises these events.
Signs seen outside Churches
Beep your car horn if you love Jesus – text whilst driving if you want to meet him.
Bingo Night
We are collecting prizes for our next bingo night. If you would like to donate your unwanted Christmas gifts we would be really pleased to have them. You can leave the gifts in the Sacristy marked ‘Bingo’ or give them to Pat McQuillan or Ann Hayes.
200 CLUB DRAW
Winner: £40 Prize this week – Mr Mark Kearns
WHY NOT JOIN THE 200 CLUB AND HELP THE PARISH?
FLOWERS FOR THE CHURCH
If you would like to make a donation for the flowers please add your name to the list in the porch and place your donation into the wall box.
