Summer Fair meeting
Wednesday 5th June 6.45pm to 7.30pm
Anyone who wants to help with the summer fair and can make a brief meeting to discuss the fair, could you please come to the parish centre. If anyone wants to discuss this, please do not call Phil on his mobile phone before Tuesday as he is abroad.
Alcoholics Anonymous Open Meeting
Wednesday 5th June 7:30pm
In The Social Centre at St. Josephs RC church. Doors open at 7:30pm when tea, coffee, and biscuits will be served before the meeting starts at 8:00pm.
Coffee morning
Tuesday 11th June 10:30am.
Everyone is welcome to come along for coffee and cake.
St Joseph’s Parish Fair
Saturday 29th June 12:30pm
All the money raised will go into the Parish funds. The stall sign-up list is in the church porch so if you can volunteer to run a stall please sign up. We also need volunteers to help with setting things up in the morning.
Blackpool Trip
Saturday 26th October
£10 per person. There is a form in the porch to sign up. A deposit of £5 is required, booking early is essential as many were disappointed last year.
We will leave St Joseph’s at 10am and travel home through the lights.

Manchester Half Marathon
Tony and Lucy Montgomery completed the Manchester Half Marathon on 19th May to raise money for St Luke’s Hospice. There are envelopes marked ‘Manchester Half Marathon’ in the porch to put your donations in. Thank you to everyone who had donated so far.
Bottle Stall
We would be grateful for donations of bottles for the Parish Fair Bottle Stall.
Bottles of anything from a bottle of pop, jam, ketchup – to wine, whisky, gin or brandy would be welcome. Please mark them for the Parish Fair to separate them from the Food Bank donations.
